I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON.: ̀➛ The product will be delivered digitally: ̀➛ The seller (Myself) is not responsible if the finished product is lost.: ̀➛ Pricing is in $USD: ̀➛ Payment is through Paypal or Kofi. I prefer payment through Paypal.: ̀➛ The buyer (You) will be sent sketches, which the buyer can make corrective measures. Once the piece is past the sketch stage. The buyer cannot make any more corrections.: ̀➛ The buyer can ask for a refund if no progress has been made on the piece within the time agreed upon.: ̀➛ Pieces on average should take a couple of days to a week. If something comes up, the seller will reach out to individual/s to discuss the next steps.: ̀➛ The buyer can cancel and get a refund at any time during the making of said commission except at the end when the piece is completed.: ̀➛ The Buyer does not have the rights to turn the piece into an NFT or put it through any AI program. YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED.: ̀➛ You may edit, crop, trim, etc my artwork so long as I am asked first.: ̀➛ Do not remove watermarks/signatures.: ̀➛ I am allowed to use pieces to share on my socials/examples in my commission lists for others to see.: ̀➛ The buyer can use the piece for their own use so long as correct credit is given to myself. Do not resell and claim it as your own art or you will be blacklisted.: ̀➛ Please keep conversations professional unless I know you personally. No attitude/rp/small talk please and thank you

Payments: ̀➛ Smaller pieces are expected to be paid in full at the start if the piece is below or equaled to $50
Pieces over $50, payment is split 50/50. Half at the start and the rest towards the end of the piece. This is to make sure that both parties are sure they aren’t getting scammed: ̀➛ Payment methods can be discussed if that is easier for the buyer.
The buyer must understand that the piece will not start until the payment has been paid, depending on what is discussed.Delivery: ̀➛ The final product will be delivered via email to give the best quality. If the buyer wants it sent elsewhere. This is to be discussed at the start of the process and it will be sent once final payment has been received.: ̀➛ The seller is not to be held accountable if the finished piece is lost. Aka. If the delivered file is misplaced or damaged. That is on you to store the piece correctly and safely.Edits/Revisions: ̀➛ The buyer is entitled to make comments to fix or edit the piece while it is still in the sketch stage of the progress. You can make as many tweaks and edits until you are happy with the sketch.: ̀➛ The buyer can make small requests with the finished piece. Examples: Eye colour, shading, fixing a small detail that might have been missed.: ̀➛ If you want to make your own edits as in cropping, trimming, changing the design, etc. Please reach out and communicate with me.Refund/Cancellation Policy: ̀➛ I will not do refunds if the commission is 100% completed.
The buyer is allowed to request for a full refund if there has been no progress within 2-4 months and you haven’t heard anything from the seller.: ̀➛ If a sketch is finished, the buyer can request a 75% refund.
If lineart is completed, the buyer can request a 25-50% refund depending on the type of commission: ̀➛ You can keep whatever progress is done with the commission.: ̀➛ The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. A full refund can be given if payment/s have been made. This can be without reason from the seller. Please do not go ask for a reason if one is not given.: ̀➛ If there is any disrespectful behavior towards me can result in the commission being cancelled and/or being blacklisted.Personal use: ̀➛ The seller has the right to use these commission pieces to share with my audience. That will be on my socials or discord. Credit will be provided where credit is due.: ̀➛ The seller also has the right to also use the commission piece as examples on my commission page if I wish to do so, or for any portfolio.: ̀➛ The buyer is not allowed to remove any watermarks that are involved in the piece.: ̀➛ The Buyer is not allowed to use the commission piece in any NFT or any similar crypto currencies.: ̀➛ The Buyer is not allowed to use the commission piece in any AI programs or datasets or anything similar.: ̀➛ IF it has been discovered that you have done the top two with my or anyone else's art. You will be immediately blocked and blacklisted.

+$5 for simple background
+10 for detailed background

Ref Sheets

All ref sheets will be in flat colour to ensure that commissions in the future are the correct colours.
All refs start out as a flat price of $50
Pieces will include a fullbody.
Anything extra has to be discussed prior to payment and pricing will be worked off that.
Mecha is double due to detail
